Sleaddventures LLC: A new way of doing business...

In April 2005, I began selling homemade zip line kits through the local newspaper. I stretched, measured and cut cable in my backyard, assembled pulleys in the garage, and handled customer service on a cell phone that had to be turned off when I was doing math homework. My mother took me to the local UPS station to drop off packages because at fifteen, I wasn’t old enough to drive. Many things have changed since those early days. The company has grown and now the team and I operate a small warehouse, driving forklifts to bring in supplies by the truckload, and our equipment rolls out thousands of feet of cable every week.

Just in the summer of 2010 we outfitted over two thousand zip line locations in the United States, Canada, Chile, Nicaragua, Tasmania, Oman, the Philippines, Norway, and more. The most exciting thing for me about ZipLineGear.com is that we have become a training ground for young entrepreneurs. The ZipLineGear.com team is not simply providing great service and equipment; they are learning and preparing to start businesses of their own. We are intentional about training our team with the creativity, enthusiasm, and work ethic necessary to become successful future business owners. Our commitment to excellence is not just an investment in our customers; it’s an investment in the next generation of entrepreneurs and businessmen who will be the groundwork of our future economy.

What does the future hold for Sleaddventures? We can’t say for sure. We’d like to bring our zip line kits to stores across the country and develop more specialty products for the challenge course industry. Maybe we’ll start up a retail location here in Southern Oregon, or build our very own zip line park. Whatever happens, you can count on two things: We’ll be on an adventure, and we’ll want you to join us.

Shipping:

Most shipments are sent out via FedEx, UPS, or US mail. With heavier shipments going via trucking. We keep our order processing as efficient as possible; orders are typically out the door within 24hrs of receipt, if not the same day. Custom zip line kits typically ship within 3 days, depending on our production schedule. Please call to confirm same-day shipment availability.

Payment Terms:

Credit cards and Paypal payments are accepted through our shopping cart. We are also glad to take orders by phone or via email.

Returns:

Sleaddventures LLC wants you to be 100% satisfied with our products: Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for credit within 30 days of the receipt of the shipment.
