First time I have ever used or owned a zipline. These kits are fabulous. Good instructions, all the accessories and a focus on safety. This kit is an exceptional value and the contents are quality. This is NOT flimsy junk but well matched quality hardware. The installation was not difficult, just required some trial and error just in determining the height of the start and finish. Once we got it and the brake dialed in everything was great and every one loves it! We started around noon and we were riding before a late dinner the same day. The customer service at Ziplinegear has been excellent. Happily Zipping in CT! (Posted on 5/4/11)
